Spring 2025 Meeting- Guest Speaker: Dr. Steven Sacco

We will meet in the afternoon on Saturday, May 3 from 3:30 to 5:30 at the University of Texas Arlington. See the special parking and event map made just for us HERE!

Prior to the meeting, be sure to register your car with UTA for free and easy parking. The process is user friendly. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Follow the link https://utarlington.aimsparking.com/permits/?cmd=new_event

  2. Select "Department-Hosted Event”

  3. Select "American Association of Teachers of French Meeting”

  4. Enter voucher code: AATF

  5. Select permit type "(EVT-COMP) Fac/Staff Surface Lots”

  6. Select the active date

  7. Add vehicle info and confirm

Once you have completed registration, and you are ready to come park, follow this campus map to parking in the BLUE ZONE (Lot F-10). 

Once you park, follow the building map in the image below to Trimble Hall Room 200.

Come in through the double glass doors. Take the stairs on the left, go up to the second floor, take a left and go straight, it’s the big room on the right (you’ll see the bathroom first, then a hallway, then the door to TH 200. 

Board members will begin setting up at 3:00, please arrive early and allow yourself extra time to park and locate the room.

Plan to join us after the meeting for our summer kick-off apéro dînatoire (guests allowed!) also hosted nearby in Arlington for a full afternoon of learning and connecting with colleagues.

⏰ Beginning between 6:00-6:30 (immediately following the chapter meeting).
